🌕 CHOCOLATE CONJURE’S MONTHLY FULL MOON RITUAL
Release • Cleanse • Reverse • Protect • Manifest • Give Thanks
What has reached its fullness, let it reveal itself.
What has finished its season, let it leave.
What belongs with me, let it remain.
What is meant for me, let it find me.
The Monthly Full Moon Ritual is a recurring spiritual working performed by Chocolate Conjure during the Full Moon for those who want intentional spiritual maintenance, release, protection, gratitude, and preparation for the month ahead.
The Full Moon represents illumination, culmination, revelation, completion, and spiritual fullness. This monthly working uses that moment as an opportunity to examine what has developed, release what has become burdensome, give thanks for what has manifested, and spiritually prepare for the next chapter.
This is not simply a manifestation ritual.
Some Full Moons are for receiving.
Some are for releasing.
Some are for seeing the truth.
And some are for finally putting something down.
🌕 THE MONTHLY WORKING
Each Full Moon ritual is built around seven spiritual movements.
1. ILLUMINATION — Show Me What I Need to See
The ritual begins with prayer for spiritual clarity and discernment.
Participants are petitioned to receive greater understanding concerning situations, relationships, opportunities, personal patterns, and circumstances that may require their attention.
2. CLEANSING — Wash Away the Weight
Before calling anything new, we make room.
A collective spiritual cleansing is performed with prayer to remove accumulated heaviness, stagnant energy, unwanted influences, emotional residue, and spiritual debris from the previous lunar cycle.
3. RELEASE — I Give Myself Permission to Let Go
Participants may submit one thing they intentionally wish to release during the Full Moon.
This may include:
-
Fear
-
Self-doubt
-
Procrastination
-
Unhealthy attachments
-
Old habits
-
Resentment
-
Grief that has become spiritually heavy
-
Repeating patterns
-
Stagnation
-
Unwanted circumstances
-
Emotional burdens
-
Anything whose season has ended
Release petitions may be placed upon the Full Moon altar and ritually disposed of as part of the working.
🔄 4. REVERSAL — What Is Not Mine Cannot Stay
Following the cleansing and release work, a reversal working is performed.
This portion petitions against unwanted spiritual conditions, harmful intentions, crossed circumstances, jealousy, spiritual interference, and negativity that participants believe may be affecting their lives.
🛡️ 5. PROTECTION — Cover Me While I Move Forward
Once the old has been cleared, the work turns toward protection.
Prayer is offered over participants, their homes, their families, their endeavors, and the roads ahead.
The intention is not fear.
The intention is covering.
🛤️ 6. OPEN ROADS — Make Room for What Is Next
After releasing what has ended, we pray for movement.
Road Opening work petitions for obstacles to move and favorable opportunities to become accessible during the coming lunar cycle.
Participants may submit one primary intention for the month ahead.
Intentions may concern:
Love • Family • Money • Business • Career • Education • Home • Creativity • Opportunity • Personal Growth • Peace • Purpose
🙏🏾 7. GRATITUDE — Thank You for What Has Already Come
Before asking for more, we acknowledge what has already been given.
Every Full Moon ritual concludes with thanksgiving for prayers answered, protection received, lessons learned, opportunities provided, dangers avoided, and blessings that may have arrived quietly.
Participants are encouraged to submit one thing they are grateful for from the previous month.
🌕 THE FULL MOON ALTAR
During the monthly working, participant names and petitions may be represented upon a dedicated Full Moon altar.
Depending upon the month's spiritual focus, the altar may incorporate traditional spiritual items such as:
White Candles • Prayer Candles • Water • Florida Water • Herbs • Roots • Spiritual Oils • Incense • Psalms • Written Petitions • Ancestral Elements
The exact working may change from month to month according to the spiritual theme of that Full Moon.
🌕 WHAT PARTICIPANTS SUBMIT EACH MONTH
Before the ritual deadline, participants may submit:
Your Name
One Thing You Are Releasing
One Thing You Are Grateful For
One Primary Intention for the Coming Month
One Person or Situation You Would Like Included in Prayer
Keep it simple.
You do not need to write your entire life story.
Give Spirit a name, an intention, and somewhere to work.
👨👩👧 FULL MOON FAMILY COVERING
Adults may participate for themselves.
Parents or legal guardians may enroll their minor children for protective prayer and age-appropriate spiritual covering.
Children's participation focuses upon:
Protection • Peace • Confidence • Family • School • Favor • Opportunity • Guidance • Open Roads
COME TO THE FULL MOON ALTAR
You do not have to wait until your life is falling apart to tend to yourself spiritually.
Just as we clean our homes, tend our gardens, wash our bodies, and maintain the things important to us, our spiritual lives deserve regular attention too.
Once a month, when the Moon becomes full, we gather our prayers.
We give thanks.
We release.
We cleanse.
We reverse.
We protect.
And then—
we open the road and keep walking.
